Join Food Bank's Public Affairs Team on Wednesday, February 28th, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM for a Justice Served Advocacy Mixer!
Food Bank's advocacy work seeks to organize and engage community action as the key to winning the fight against hunger and poverty. Use your voice to help us drive policy improvements that will aid our efforts to feed our neighbors today so they can build a better tomorrow for them and their families.
During this interactive event, volunteers will learn about Food Bank's general advocacy efforts, and discuss the state budget process and priorities for the upcoming fiscal year budget negotiations. The evening will include a hands-on advocacy activity and light refreshments will be served.
